Located in front of Caesars Palace, the restaurant seats more than 300 guests including two chef’s tables, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the famous Las Vegas Strip, red and blue design details in the show kitchen, a private dining room and a contemporary bar serving the latest trends in mixology. The Red and Blue kitchens serve up modern lunch and dinner menus including Dine Out's Kitchen signature dishes made with the highest quality ingredients.

One of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. The food tastes magnificent. The staff is personable and caring. The dishes are like masterpiece, all ingredients are in harmony with each other and detailed. We tried the three course meal. Their desserts are a must try. This restaurant is on another level. Highly highly recommend!
Dine in at Dine Out Kitchen was an amazing experience for our taste buds . It was a dream come true to taste those lovely dishes and to be at Ramsay’s restaurant. The food was amazing especially the Mac n cheese , lobster risotto, salmon and chicken entree’s. The toffee sticky pudding was super delicious and gave it a try immediately for a second one . Was not very satisfied with the coconut triple dessert though .
The food is AMAZING! The crispy skin salmon was so good that my husband who does not like salmon took one bite and said he would definitely eat it. The pumpkin soup is bursting with beautiful flavors! Sticky toffee pudding was the perfect end to the meal. The staff is great and our server was beyond awesome! Cannot wait for our next stop in Vegas to eat here!
